FACIAL & SKINCARE FAQ

How often should I get a facial?
For best results, we recommend a facial every 4 to 6 weeks, depending on your skin goals and concerns.

Can I get a facial if I have sensitive skin or acne?
Absolutely. We specialize in corrective skincare for sensitive, acne-prone, and melanin-rich skin. Your treatment will be fully customized.

Will I be red after my treatment?
Mild redness is normal, especially after extractions or certain advanced modalities, but it typically subsides within a few hours.

Should I avoid makeup after a facial?
Yes—ideally for 24 hours to allow your skin to breathe and absorb post-treatment products.

What should I use at home?
Home care recommendations will be provided after your service based on your skin analysis and skin goals.

BODY & WAXING FAQ

How long should my hair be for waxing?
Hair should be at least ¼ inch long (about the length of a grain of rice). If it's too short, we may need to reschedule.

Can I wax if I'm using retinols or exfoliants?
Please avoid retinols, AHA/BHA products, and strong exfoliants for 3–5 days before waxing to prevent skin irritation or lifting.

Does waxing hurt?
You may experience some discomfort, especially if it's your first time. We use gentle techniques to keep you comfortable, and the sensation lessens with consistent treatments.

What is skin brightening and is it safe?
Yes—it’s a non-bleaching treatment that reduces hyperpigmentation in intimate areas using targeted serums and exfoliants. Safe for all skin tones.

PAYMENTS & GIFTING

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Zelle, and digital payments. No cash is held on-site.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Digital gift cards are available and make the perfect treat for birthdays, bridal parties, or glow-up gifting.

Is shipping free for products purchased online?
Shipping is always free for orders over $50.
